Do you have a refund policy?

Foxsy offers a 30-day money-back guarantee if a student is not satisfied with the platform. 


To receive a refund, you must cancel your membership and contact our support team at help@foxsy.com. For instructions on how to cancel your membership, check out this article: How do I cancel my membership?


Once your membership is successfully canceled, click the peach chat bubble icon located in the bottom, right corner of the page.

The support menu will open. Select the "Ask" option located at the top of the peach header, and fill out your information. Be sure to mention you want a refund in the "How can we help?" area. This will let one of our support agents know that you would like your membership refunded.
