Starting from the home page, click the "Contact Support" link located under the "Support" menu at the bottom right of the page.
You will be redirected to the Support page.
Click the teal "Submit A Ticket Or Chat" button, located in the center of the page. A support menu will open on the right side of the page. You can also access this menu by clicking the coral chat bubble, located at the bottom right of every Foxsy page.
To close the support window, click the coral "X" button located at the bottom right corner of the page.
If you would prefer to send an email, select the "Ask" option at the top of the coral header of the support box. Enter your name, the subject line of the email, your email address, and your message. You can attach images or include emojis in your email. Once your email is complete, click the coral "Send a message" button. Your email will be delivered to our customer support inbox.
