Contact Us/Need Additional Support? (How do I contact customer support?)

Customer support is for anyone who would like to send in comments and suggestions, ask questions, or report bugs on the website. Foxsy's customer support team strives to answer your emails within 24 hours of receiving them. 


Starting from the home page, click the "Contact Support" link located under the "Support"  menu at the bottom-right of the page to be redirected to the Support page. 

Fill out your information and the details about your request, then click the teal "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.


You can also access this menu by clicking the coral chat bubble, located at the bottom right of every Foxsy page. 

If you would prefer to send an email, select the "Ask" option at the top of the coral header of the support box. Enter your name, the subject line of the email, your email address, and your message in the "How can we help?" box.

You can attach images or include emojis in your email. Once your email is complete, click the peach "Send a message" button. Your email will be delivered to our customer support inbox. To close the support window, click the peach "X" button located at the bottom right corner of the page.
